Full Groom
A complete service for dogs requiring a clipped, scissored or breed-style finish, includes professional bathing, conditioning, drying, coat preparation, nail trimming, clipping, scissoring and finishing of the face, feet and hygiene areas. The final style will depend on the dog’s coat condition, maintenance history and what can be completed safely and comfortably.
Bath and Tidy
A maintenance service for dogs that do not require a complete haircut.
Includes professional bathing and conditioning, drying, brushing, nail trimming and light tidying of the face, feet and hygiene areas.
Bath & Dry
A professional coat-care service for dogs that do not require trimming.
Includes bathing and conditioning, coat-appropriate drying, brushing, nail trimming and basic coat finishing.
De-Shedding
A specialised service for dogs with shedding or dense undercoats.
Includes coat assessment, professional cleansing and conditioning, coat-specific drying techniques, undercoat removal, brushing and nail trimming.
Puppy Grooming Introduction
Short, gradual appointments designed to help puppies become familiar with grooming, handling, bathing, drying, brushing, nail care and salon equipment.
Each visit is adapted to the puppy’s age, coat type and confidence.
Nail Care
Nail trimming and grinding are available by appointment.
Some dogs may require additional handling support depending on their mobility, temperament or previous nail-care experiences.
Skin & Coat Therapy
Personalised skin and coat support delivered by Certified Pet Aestheticians.
Services may include skin and coat assessment, therapeutic bathing, hydration, conditioning, ozone hydrotherapy and home-care recommendations.
Grooming Pricing
Our grooming services are priced according to the time and level of support required to safely and professionally complete each service.
Pricing may vary depending on the dog’s size, coat type and condition, grooming style, temperament, mobility and individual needs.
Where possible, we will provide an estimated price range before the appointment. Final pricing is based on the actual service, time and support required on the day.
Additional Grooming Time $35 per 15 minutes
This may apply when extra time is required due to coat condition, heavy shedding, detailed styling, scissoring or changes to the requested groom.
Additional Handling Support $55 per 15 minutes
This may apply when an additional team member or a higher level of handling support is required to complete the groom safely.
